1.  We will confirm the date and time with you during the booking.  The booking process will be completed after you have settled the payment by FPS/Payme. We will send another confirmation 1 day before the booking time.

2. You CANNOT cancel the booking on the day of the booking. No refund will be applicable if you did not come at the designated timeslot.

3. We will not provide extra service time if you come later than the booking time.
